#1: Take a 24-hour break from your addictive substances or habits. Wait, don’t go:)!
This might not apply to everyone, but if…
then you need a different perspective on what you’re addicted to, and just how badly you’re addicted. A 12-24 hour break from your known addictions will give you clarity that is most likely badly needed.
If even the thought of a 12-hour break from your addictions is too much to bear, you need to work on them. Think about this for a moment…
If Unkle Klaus & The WEF Kids (the name of the House Band at your local gulag, btw;) get what they want, access to your addictions may be restricted in the VERY near future.
Seriously, please hear me. Even if Unkle K doesn’t get his way, we are staring at near certain food, labor & production shortages in the near future, as well as future supply chain disruptions in getting you goods & services.
Ask yourself a real serious question…
What happens when you can’t get your fix any longer?
Laugh all you want now, but I bet you never thought you’d be locked in your home for nearly 2 years for The Flu, did you? With all due respect dear reader, by now you should be expecting the unexpected.
The next few years will bring changes that many can’t yet imagine, and you need to be in the best shape of your life in order to deal with them. Step #1 in getting back in that great shape is getting a handle on our destructive patterns of repetitive behavior.
Go back to the bullet pointed list of addictions above Klaus’ picture - you’ll find those hot links to be YouTube videos that may be relevant to your struggle.
Don’t overthink it. Pick a substance that you know you’re overindulging in, and take a 12-24 hour break. It is literally that simple, unless you want to overcomplicate it (which you will, lol).

#2: Forgive someone who has wronged you…
even if that person is you.
I could sit here and write 10,000 words on forgiveness, but I’m not going to. Instead, I’m gonna sum it up for you, real quick-like.
FORGIVENESS = FREEDOM
The above video is my first crack at a guided meditation, recorded live in my studio. It is, of course, a forgiveness meditation - arguably the most important work we can do when attempting to change & move forward in our lives.
The recording is around 20-25 minutes of me, leading you through a simple, gentle forgiveness session + 20 minutes of gentle sounds for you to continue on your own. Do this meditation every singe day for 4-5 days, and you’ll notice the subtle changes in your waking anger, your waking discontent.
