My First Guided Meditation
We all need a forgiveness meditation practice in our lives.
True freedom begins with forgiveness - full stop.
Whether it be forgiving your parents, your former life or business partners, or even yourself, letting go of what was & what could have been is critical to you, truly moving forward.
That said, if you’ve never done a forgiveness meditation before, this is a perfect place to start. Grab a good pair of headphones, and I’ll explain what you get…
1) Me, introducing myself and talking briefly about my group coaching
2) Me, giving some quick instruction and background on the meditation script
3) Me, leading you through a gentle 30 minute forgiveness meditation
4) + extra time at the end for you to continue meditating on your own.
Grand total of 60 minutes, but the guided meditation portion clocks in at just under 30 minutes.
If you cannot get through the entire meditation without distraction (without opening your eyes, looking at the cat chasing a bug, etc:), don’t worry.
Simply notice what the cat is doing, take a breath, close your eyes and return to your place of focus. Us folks around here don’t have judgements on how “good” you sit, ok? Just sit, breathe & listen - see what comes up. And when things do come up, LET THEM GO.
You can change your life if you’re willing to let go of what doesn’t serve you any longer. Matter of fact, the fast you let go, the faster change happens.
