In my 10 years attempting to break free, I tried psychotherapy, group therapy, 12-step groups like Alcoholics Anonymous, SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery (a Buddhist-based recovery program), and psychedelic therapy.
Finally, in 2013 I was able to put The Booze Monkey back in its cage and walk away for good. I now have over a decade free & clear and I have never been happier to be rid of the parasite that is alcohol.

THE SOBER PATRIOT V2.0
In October of 2022, I ran my very first group coaching program called “The Sober Patriot”, a 30-day program focused on obtaining Freedom From Alcohol. It was a success, but at the end of that 30 days, I felt like we had just begun the process…
so I went back to the drawing board, and came up with a greatly revised & greatly expanded program.
“The Sober Patriot V2.0” is a 60-day group coaching program, with very few spaces available.
Starting May 1, 2023, the program will teach you to a) taper you down to ZERO drinks, and b) get you to your first sobriety benchmark of either 30 or 45 days clean.
Whether you are new to being alcohol-free, or whether you’ve tried several times & failed, I feel confident that our 60-day foundational process of alcohol removal & retraining will bring about positive, lasting changes.

1) accepting your drinking problem without attachments or guilt
2) coming to peace with the reasons why you drink
3) developing a strategy for eliminating drinking from your life
4) implementing that strategy, and finding stability in a daily routine
5) adjusting your diet, lifestyle and supplementation to ensure success

THE DETAILS
1) SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED, WITH ONLY 30 SPOTS AVAILABLE.
2) “The Sober Patriot” includes 1 session per week, per student. Please expect an average session length of 75-90 minutes, per session. Expect roughly 45 minutes of teaching + 30 minutes of group work, sharing and Q&A. In addition, there will be homework assignments each week that are key to a student’s development & process of sobriety.
3) “The Sober Patriot” will be offered at multiple times, on multiple days per week, in order to work around student’s schedules. Classes will also be available for playback, so if you cannot attend live, you’ll still have access.
4) Depending on the mix of potential students, I may run separate groups for men and women. If this appeals to you, please let me know.
5) Studies have shown that new habits are formed & formative changes are made between 45-75 days. For those clients that make it through both months clean, there will be a 3rd month - again, at a substantial discounted rate.
THE SOBER PATRIOT 2.0 PRICING STRUCTURE
“Sober Coaching” is not cheap. A good sobriety coach can cost anywhere from $3,000-$5,000/month. I’m not kidding.
Luckily for you, I’m not a sobriety coach;). I don’t do the things sober coaches do, and if I’m being 100% honest, I think that’s part of the reason why I get such great results.
That said, I know everyone is extremely concerned about money, the economy & the future. So I’m keeping the prices ridiculously low for this program.
If you pay for the months separately, the flat rate is $297.00/month ($594). If you choose to pay for both months in advance, you’ll receive a 10% discount, taking the total price down to $540.00 USD.
In addition, I’m also offering heavily discounted rates on my 1-on-1 coaching. Alcoholics badly need extra support & accountability, especially in the first few months of their process.
My regular price for 1-on-1 is $149.00/hr. For students in the The Sober Patriot 2.0 program, I’m reducing those fees by 49% to $77.00/hr.If that’s not enough, for packages of 5 or more 1-on-1 sessions, I’m giving an extra 10% off, dropping the price to $70.00/hr.
