That’s where I come in. In our coaching calls, I act as a non-judgmental mirror, and offer new perspectives and alternatives to your current drinking habits. You’ll also have someone to be accountable to - which is a game-changer, especially if you’ve failed before on your own.
Over the course of 90-120 days, here’s what we will do together.
Awareness - taking you off “cruise control”
Presence - becoming aware of your own behavior, past & present
Tapering & fasting - a gradual tapering down to zero drinks & maintaining an alcohol fast of 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on the client.
Nutrition & vitamin therapy - adjusting diet & supplements for cravings, plus detoxing the mind & body.
Sustainability - building a game plan on staying the course & achieving your (new) goals.
